Wanting to bring something new to Queenstown I had the idea of launching Brunch at The Grille by Eichardt's! With the busy bustling brasserie style restaurant with an incredible view of the lake, it is the perfect spot. Working together with management and the kitchen we created a fantastic menu and brought in live music for Sunday fun. Vogue Australia featured our beautiful event and it was a great hit.
